NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the New Orleans Saints.
Here's a look at the developments from the day:
-Jaylen Harrell has been surging for the Titans.
The second-year edge rusher has recorded sacks in back-to-back games, and at least a half-sack in three straight contests.
"I am just trying to take advantage of my opportunities these last few weeks," Harrell said on Wednesday. "Some opportunities opened up, trading Dre'Mont (Jones) away and Femi (Oladejo) unfortunately being out, so just trying to capitalize on my opportunities and making the best of them."
Harrell, a seventh-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, appeared in all 17 games for the Titans during his rookie season and he tallied nine tackles, three quarterback pressures, and two tackles for a loss in addition to his contributions on special teams.
In 2025, Harrell has tallied 13 tackles, three sacks and 15 quarterback pressures, along with three tackles for a loss.
Harrell said experience has helped in his development, along with learning from the veterans.
"Just playing fast(er), really," Harrell said. "Just playing fast, doing my job, my 1/11th, and letting plays come to me. Just playing fast, not thinking, and being me."
-The Titans placed receiver Bryce Oliver, edge Femi Oladejo, and edge Ali Gaye on the team's Designated to Return to Practice list last week.
This designation opened up a three-week window for all three players to practice with the team, and they will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.
All three players practiced on Wednesday.
-Rangers pitcher Kumar Rocker, who starred at Vanderbilt, attended Wednesday's practice and spent extra time watching the defensive linemen. Rocker's father, Tracy Rocker, is defensive line coach for the Titans.

-Cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis (Achilles) was limited in practice.

-Edge Ali Gaye (knee) was a full participant.
-Linebacker Cedric Gray, who missed the Kansas City game with a concussion, was on the practice field on Wednesday and listed as a full participant.
