Quick Hits After Thursday's Titans Practice

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the Saints at Nissan Stadium.

Some quick hits on the Titans after Thursday's session:

-With rain in Nashville, the Titans opted to practice inside the team's indoor practice facility on Thursday.

-Linebacker Rashaan Evans (ankle), who has missed the last two games, did not practice Thursday after being listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's Injury Report. Evans talked to reporters on Thursday, and he provided an update.

-Outside linebacker Bud Dupree (knee) was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

-Outside linebacker Harold Landry (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday.

-Receiver Julio Jones, who did not appear on the Injury Report at the start of the week, was added to the Injury Report on Thursday with a hamstring injury.

Jones went through the early portion of the individual period. Later, Jones spent some time chatting with Director of Sports Medicine Todd Toriscelli, and he was listed as limited during Thursday's session when the updated Injury Report was released.

-Guard Nate Davis (concussion), who missed Sunday's game vs the Rams, practiced for the second day in a row on Thursday. He was in a yellow, non-contact jersey during the open period, but he was listed as a full participant.

Tackle Kendall Lamm (back), who has missed the last two games, was at practice again on Thursday. Lamm was listed as a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.

-Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan (knee), who dressed out but did not play on Sunday vs the Rams, was on the practice field again on Thursday. He was listed as a limited participant on the team's Injury Report. Before practice, Lewan explained why he didn't play on Sunday.

-Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (ankle) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Linebacker David Long Jr. (hamstring) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Safety Dane Cruikshank (knee) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Cornerback Greg Mabin, who missed Sunday's game against the Rams because of an ankle injury, did not practice again on Thursday.

-Fullback Tory Carter, who did not play against the Rams because of a hip injury, did not practice again on Thursday.

-Cornerback Chris Jackson (foot) was limited in Thursday's session after not practicing on Thursday.

-Receiver A.J. Brown (knee) was on the practice field on Thursday. Brown was listed as a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.

-Linebacker Nick Dzubnar (knee) was a full participant on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

-Defensive lineman Teair Tart (groin) did not practice on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

-Cornerback Kristian Fulton, moved to the team's "Designated for Return from Injured Reserve" on Wednesday, on Thursday practiced with the team for the second time since October 8.

Outside linebacker Derick Roberson, moved to the team's "Designated for Return from Injured Reserve" list last month, continues to practice with the team.

This designation opened up a 21-day window for both players to practice, and they will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

-Titans CB Breon Borders was back on the practice field on Thursday after being signed back to the practice squad.

-The Saints released their second Injury Report on Thursday, and it looked like this: S C.J. Gardner-Johnson (foot), RB Alvin Kamara (knee) and tackle Terron Armstead (knee/shoulder) did not practice. WR Ty Montgomery (hamstring) and DE Carl Granderson (shoulder) were limited. T Ryan Ramczyk (NIR-Rest) was a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.

-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Friday before holding a walkthrough on Saturday before Sundays' game vs the Saints.

-In addition to OC Todd Downing, DC Shane Bowen and ST coordinator Craig Aukerman, left tackle Taylor Lewan, cornerback Jackrabbit Jenkins, defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons, linebacker Rashaan Evans and tight end Geoff Swaim all spoke to reporters before practice on Thursday.
