Quick Hits After Thursday's Titans Practice

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the Texans at Nissan Stadium.

Some quick hits on the Titans after Thursday's session:

-Outside linebacker Bud Dupree (abdominal), who was injured in Sunday's game vs the Saints, did not practice for the second day in a row.

-Defensive back Chris Jackson (foot) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Linebacker David Long Jr. (hamstring), who did not play vs the Saints, also missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday.

-Guard Nate Davis (concussion) did not practice once again.

-Running back Jeremy McNichols (concussion) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Linebacker Rashaan Evans (ankle), who has missed the last three games, was limited in Thursday's practice for the second day in a row.

-Outside linebacker Harold Landry (hamstring) was limited once again in Thursday's practice.

-Cornerback Greg Mabin (ankle), who did not play vs the Saints, was limited again in Thursday's practice.

-Defensive lineman Kyle Peko (ankle), signed to the active roster on Wednesday, was a full participant on Thursday after being limited in Wednesday's practice.

-Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (ankle) did not practice on Thursday after being limited in Wednesday's practice.

-Defensive lineman Teair Tart (groin), who did not play vs the Saints, was a full participant on Thursday after being limited in Wednesday's practice.

-Offensive lineman Aaron Brewer (illness) was added to the Injury Report on Thursday. He did not practice.

-Cornerback Jackrabbit Jenkins (chest) was added to the Injury Report on Thursday. He did not practice.

-Tight end Geoff Swaim (concussion) was added to the Injury Report on Thursday. He did not practice.

-Fullback Tory Carter (shoulder) was added to the Injury Report on Thursday. He was limited in practice.

-In a social media post last week, Titans receiver A.J. Brown shared a powerful message about depression and suicide. He admitted he had thoughts of taking his own life last year.

On Thursday, Brown spoke to reporters to follow up on his message about a "dark time" in his life while encouraging others to get help.

-The Texans released their second Injury Report on Thursday, and it looked like this: LB Hardy Nickerson (concussion) and QB Deshaun Watson (not injury related) did not practice. TE Pharoah Brown (thigh) and DL Jonathan Greenard (foot) were all limited in practice.

-Tight end Tommy Hudson continued to practice on Thursday after being moved to the team's "Designated for Return from Injured Reserve" list on Wednesday.

This designation opens up a 21-day window for Hudson to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Friday before holding a walkthrough on Saturday before Sundays' game vs the Texans.

-In addition to offensive coordinator Todd Downing, defensive coordinator Shane Bowen and special teams coach Craig Aukerman, receiver A.J. Brown, tight end MyCole Pruitt, linebacker Jayon Brown, running back D'Onta Foreman and defensive lineman Denico Autry all talked to reporters before practice on Thursday.
