Open to public, final cheerleader auditions to be held May 17

NASHVILLE, TN, May 11, 2007 — The 2007 Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders final auditions will be held Thursday, May 17th at City Hall Entertainment Space in the Gulch (405 12th Ave. South, downtown Nashville). This year's auditions are presented by Planet Beach.

Final auditions for the 2007 Tennessee Titans Cheerleading Squad will take place on Thursday, May 17 at City Hall Entertainment Space in downtown Nashville.

"This is always an exciting time as we look forward to continuing the tradition of excellence we have with Titans Cheerleading," said Titans Director of Cheerleaders Stacie Kinder. "Each of these beautiful and talented ladies have been preparing for the competition and we welcome support from the Nashville community."

Final auditions will consist of 63 women competing for 32 spots on the squad. A panel of celebrity judges will grade the contestants on their appearance, physique, dance ability and fans applause.

The celebrity panel includes former Titans offensive lineman Brad Hopkins, WKDF morning show host Eddie Foxx, casting director from ABC's television show "The Bachelor" Shannon McIntosh, and former Miss Tennessee USA Allison DeMarcus (wife of Jay DeMarcus of Rascall Flatts).

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased by calling (615) 565-4172 or at the door. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
