(on playing from behind)
We know especially as a defense, we know we never know how the game will to go, but at the same time, the defense has to start fast. We got to come out and stop whatever they give. We knew Ben (Roethlisberger) was going to get the ball out fast. Playing defensive line, we have to help the corners out. Everybody has to help each other out. We've got to help them boys out by just getting our hands up and stuff like that with the tipped passes. Overall, we've just got to start faster.
(on getting into rhythm in the second half)
We just settled down and started playing our ball. Just settled down and played Titans football, played Titans defense. They only scored three points in the second half. But the thing is we can't start off slow especially against a good team like the Steelers. We can't start off slow. We have just got to attack from the first drive to the end. Like we played the second half, that should be our identity.
(on the play he tipped the ball and it was intercepted by linebacker Jayon Brown)
That's just what I was saying earlier. We know that the ball is coming out fast and we know that he has a low release. Once we get our hands up, we can make plays. It was there more than that. We had a couple of tipped balls today and that just shows that if we do the right things and we do little things like that, just by getting our hands up, you never know when that time will come to affect the play. I've been saying you never know when your time will come to make that play. If you just do the little things all the time, or just try to practice getting your hands up, you never know what might happen.
