Titans Pick'em Contest

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility: The Titans Pick'em Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Colombia (excluding Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, Vermont, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as the Tennessee Titans ("Sponsor"), Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, any other entity directly involved in the development or administration of the Contest, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. The use of multiple identities is prohibited and will void each of that participant's/person's entries.

Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor shall be entitled to interpret these Official Rules as needed – including but not limited to rules regarding deadlines, winner selection, prize restrictions, and eligibility – and all such decisions are final. By participating, you irrevocably, fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules and/or in any other Contest-related advertising or materials. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Contest Period: The Contest will begin on September 10, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. EST and end at the scheduled kickoff time of Super Bowl LV on February 7, 2021 ("Contest Period") Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries (defined below) received. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel Contests, in its sole discretion, with no restrictions.

How to Participate: The Contest will consist of at least sixteen (16) individual contests (each a "Contest"). Each Contest will correspond to an entry period (each, an "Entry Period") for each Tennessee Titans football game (each, a "Game") that is scheduled to be played on a specified date, as detailed in the chart below. Each Entry Period will (i) begin at or about the time indicated in the chart below, and (ii) end at or about the time of the NFL scheduled kickoff of that same Game (the "End Time"). Each individual Contest will be conducted between and among the eligible entrants to each such Contest. There will be three (3) potential Winners (defined below) for each Contest, subject to ties, and such potential Winner will be determined as described below.
