Tennessee Titans fans are an incredibly diverse group of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and cultural experiences, who celebrate as one community through a shared love of Titans football. As a team of equally diverse persons who also share a common mission – to Win, Serve and Entertain – we pledge to inspire, encourage and empower our fans and our community.

Our organization is committed to building a nurturing atmosphere which credits both the differences that make us unique and the commonalities that bring us together. We are resolved to foster acceptance and inclusiveness in every aspect of our organization, from our workplace and hiring practices to our fan experience and civic engagement. 'We Stand For' Resource Guide

In 2018, the Tennessee Titans established its We Stand For campaign to support causes and charities important to our current and former players, coaches and front office. They were and still are the driving forces behind that campaign and the causes we support as an organization.

The Story Behind the Titans' "End Racism" Video, and Why Fisk University Played Such an Important Role

In a video shared on social media by the team this week, Titans HC Mike Vrabel, GM Jon Robinson and 13 players spoke about the organization's mission to make a positive change in the community as it relates to social injustice and racism. The idea stemmed from a project Vrabel was a part of at Ohio State seven years ago, and it played out in Nashville on the Fisk University campus.
