Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund

The Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund lives under the "neighborhoods" pillar of the Titans ONE Community platform. The program consists of a $5 million fund to provide capital support for shovel-ready projects and nonprofits supporting local residents with housing needs that will increase Metro Nashville-Davidson County's supply of livable and workforce housing. The fund is housed with Citizens Bank.

By investing in these organizations, the Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund aims to create generational change in the lives of individuals and families, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive in a stable home environment. Together, we can make a significant impact on the housing landscape and support those who need it most.

Since 2025, the Titans have distributed over $1 million to support local nonprofits in Metro Nashville Davidson County.
