When does the Ticket Swap Program Begin?
The Ticket Swap Program will begin on June 23, 2025, and run through June 26, 2025.
How many games am I able to swap?
Season Ticket Members may swap up to 3 games for the 2025 football season.
Are there restrictions on what ticket(s) may be swapped?
Only season ticket locations may be swapped through the program. Tickets purchased as a single game, including group tickets or resale tickets, may not be swapped through the program.
Do I have the ability to upgrade my seats to a better location for the same game?
Yes! You have the option to upgrade your season ticket seat location for the same game. Please note, this upgrade will count as one of your three allotted swaps for the season. If the upgraded seat has a higher value than your original season ticket location, you will be responsible for covering the difference in cost.
What are the pricing tiers for each home game?
Tier 1: Kansas City Chiefs
Tier 2: New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots
Tier 3: Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers, Indianapolis Colts, Seattle Seahawks
Tier 4: Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars
Tier 5: Pre-season – Minnesota Vikings
Can I swap my pre-season tickets?
Yes! You can swap your tickets for the 2025 pre-season game, if availability allows.
Do I have to swap out all tickets for a game?
No! You can partially exchange tickets for a game—for example, you're welcome to swap 2 out of 4 tickets from one game to another.
Am I able to trade tickets myself or should I contact my Membership Services Representative?
All ticket trades will need to be completed online through your SeatGeek Account Manager.
Can I swap multiple blocks of tickets at one time?
No, all blocks of tickets must be swapped separately.
Can I swap tickets using my mobile device?
No, all ticket swaps must be done online using a computer.
Can I swap my tickets for a location with a lower price?
Yes, you can exchange your tickets for seats in a lower-priced location. The difference in cost will be credited to your account and applied toward your 2026 season ticket renewal.
Will I be refunded any cost difference owed to me?
No, you will not receive a refund for the price difference when downgrading your seat(s). Instead, the difference will be applied as a credit to your account and can be used toward your 2026 season ticket renewal.
Can I swap tickets to a game I transferred out of my account?
No, all ticket swaps must be completed in the Season Ticket Member's account. If you have transferred your tickets to a guest, they must transfer the tickets back to the primary account holder to complete the swap.
Will there be fees when swapping my tickets?
No, we are happy to offer our Ticket Swap Program - fee free!
What costs will be associated with swapping my tickets?
The Tennessee Titans dynamically price tickets to each home game. If you swap tickets into a higher priced game, you will be responsible for any cost difference at the time of the ticket swap.
Can I sell the tickets I swap for?
No, tickets that are received through the Ticket Swap Program cannot be resold.
Can I exchange my tickets if I still owe money on my Season Ticket Member payment plan?
Only tickets that have already been paid for are eligible to be exchanged through the Ticket Swap Program.
