TENNESSEE TITANS TICKET POLICIES
Entering Nissan Stadium
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Nissan Stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering Nissan Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and Nissan Stadium landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into Nissan Stadium.
Platforms designed to accommodate guests using wheelchairs are located throughout Nissan Stadium. Ticket prices for seating for guests with disabilities are the same as ticket prices for other comparable seating in the same area or section. Nissan Stadium will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the seating request of each guest with disabilities. To buy single game tickets for seating designed for guests with disabilities or to check on availability of tickets for a particular game, call Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or visit ticketmaster.com.
Please note, ownership of a Personal Seat License (PSL) is required as a prerequisite for the purchase of a season ticket for Titans home games. If you are a Titans Season Ticket Member requiring temporary platform seating, please contact our Season Ticket Memberships Team at 615.565.4200 option 1, or visit the ticket windows on the lower level concourse outside of Section 108 on gameday for more information.

Tickets for away games are not available for purchase through the Titans Ticket Office. Fans should contact the opponent club for ticket availability (please note, other teams may sell out prior to the opening of the season).

Change of Address
All address changes to Titans PSL accounts need to be made through the Tennessee Titans Ticket Office. Please call 615.565.4200, option 1. Documentation is required to make an address change on your account.
All changes for accounts with company ownership must be submitted in writing on company letterhead by a company officer or manager.
Children Under Age 2
Children under age two (2) may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have an event ticket.
Lost / Stolen Tickets
All tickets for Tennessee Titans games are now mobile only. Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced for the ticket holder of record only. To have replacement mobile tickets issued, please come to the Nissan Stadium ticket windows outside of Gate 1 with your valid photo I.D.

All parking is now mobile. Titans Club Seat Members and Suite Partners may purchase season parking passes on the Nissan Stadium campus. For all Tennessee Titans home games, all Nissan Stadium parking lots require a Titans-issued parking pass – no exceptions.
Each ticket (or credential) is a limited revocable license, which may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Titans. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of the Titans and the National Football League ("NFL"). A ticket may be revoked and the ticket holder may be ejected from the stadium for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws or rules. License information can be viewed on the reverse side of each mobile ticket.

On event days, Customer Service windows are open at the Gate 1 and 6 ticket windows outside of the stadium, as well as on the lower level concourse behind Section 108 for resolution.
Please note, if a ticketing issue arises in-stadium and a patron's seat is occupied by another guest and the conflict cannot be resolved, the nearest usher should be contacted for assistance. Please do not sit in any open seat since this will only delay resolution. The Titans prefer to resolve ticket issues prior to game time, when possible.
Will Call windows are located on the East side of Nissan Stadium by Gate 1. Proper photo identification such as a driver's license will be required in order to pick up tickets – no exceptions. Will Call will be open three (3) hours prior to kickoff of each Titans game. For other events, check with the stadium's Ticket Office for Will Call hours of operation by calling 615.565.4200. The Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium are not responsible for items left at Will Call.
All ticketing at Nissan Stadium is now mobile-only. If you purchased more than one ticket at the time of transaction, please transfer each individual in your party their own ticket. Please note, copies of barcodes presented through third-party applications, screenshots or PDF print outs will not be accepted at the stadium. The Ticket Office will only reissue mobile tickets for the ticket purchaser of record for tickets purchased through a valid source – Ticketmaster, NFL TicketExchange or the stadium's Ticket Office. Proper photo identification is required for ticket resolution – no exceptions.
Single game tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800.745.3000. You may also purchase directly from the Titans Ticket Office by visiting the windows on the East side of Nissan Stadium next to Gate 1. Prices and availability will vary by game.

Season Ticket Services

What is a PSL?
A PSL is a PERMANENT SEAT LICENSE, a one-time purchase that transfers the rights of the seat from the team to the individual licensee. It is a contractual agreement between the team and the licensee. The PSL guarantees the holder control of season tickets for the same seat each season as long as the tickets are purchased by the deadline each year. (PSLs do not apply to Super Bowls or any other events that may be held at Nissan Stadium, such as college football games or concerts.) If the Season Ticket Member decides that they are not interested in holding the seat any longer, they can sell the seat through STR Marketplace or simply transfer ownership of the seat.
The prices of PSLs and season tickets are associated with specific zones.
Season Ticket Ownership
We recognize exclusive ownership of a season ticket account as the individual name or company name that appears on the first line of the PSL account identification. This person or entity is the account holder of record. For example:

The account holder of record must sign for all transactions concerning season ticket accounts. This includes, but is not limited to: address changes, seat changes, transfer of ownership, and reissue of mobile tickets.
A name change for an individual or a company will not be allowed without a transfer of ownership. Transfer of ownership is subject to the terms of the written PSL agreement governing each ticket account and to Titans' guidelines and restrictions.
Transfer of Ownership
If you already own a Personal Seat License (PSL), and want to transfer it to another party, please visit STR, the Official Tennessee Titans PSL Marketplace.
All PSL transfers must be processed through the marketplace in order to change ownership on an existing Titans PSL account.
Each Spring, PSL accounts in good standing will have the option to search available inventory through an online interactive seat map. The Ticket Office will reach out to all eligible accounts annually to register for this seat improvement opportunity.
A. Exchanging seats within the same price category - If you choose to exchange your current seats for a new set of seats within the same PSL category, there will be no additional money due for the PSL(s) or season tickets.
B. Exchanging your current seats for HIGHER-PRICED seats - If you choose to move your current seats to a higher-priced PSL category, two separate charges will apply:
1. You will be charged the difference in your season ticket cost.
2. You will be charged the difference in your PSL(s) due October 1. The PSL credit you receive will reflect your total PSL purchase minus the Titans-established face value of the PSL(s) the year you originally acquired ownership of the seats.
C. Exchanging your current seats for LOWER-PRICED seats - If you choose to move your current seats to a lower-priced PSL category, you will not be reimbursed for the PSL difference.
D. Attention Club Seat Members - If you choose to relocate out of the Club Level, you will lose your parking pass privileges. Parking passes are a Club Member and Suite Holder benefit only.
Please note, not all seating areas will be open for relocation annually. Inventory subject to availability. All changes executed through the annual seat improvement program are permanent changes to your PSL account. A $5.00 Ticketmaster per order fee applies for each PSL account you relocate annually. The Ticket Office will determine account eligibility for relocation.
