Q: What are my payment plan options for my 2027 season tickets in the new Nissan Stadium?
A: We are happy to offer three (3) payment plans for new Nissan Stadium season tickets. All payment plans will auto-renew for subsequent seasons.
- Pay in full – payment deadline of 2/1/27
- Two installments – payment deadlines of 11/1/26 & 5/1/27
- 12-month plan – equal, monthly installments start on 9/1/26 through 8/1/27
Q: Am I required to select one of these three plans for my new Nissan Stadium season tickets, or will I have other options?
A: Yes, you must choose from one of the three options above by August 15, 2026, for your 2027 new Nissan Stadium season tickets.

A: Payment plans must be selected by August 15, 2026.

A: Payment plans selections must be made online through your SeatGeek account: https://seatgeek.com/titans/offers While our Membership Services Team is happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have, all selections must be made online.
Q: Why is my payment plan set to auto-renew?
A: Auto-renewal simplifies the season ticket renewal process year-to-year. This allows you to maintain your season ticket membership without needing to take action each season. Prior to your first payment date, you will receive the upcoming season's pricing and schedule of your upcoming payment dates. Payment will be processed using your payment method on file.
Q: Can I change my payment dates on my selected payment plan?
A: No, payment dates are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Payments must be made on the scheduled dates outlined in your selected payment plan.
Q: Can I make additional payments or pay my balance off early?
A: Yes, if you'd like to make an early payment, you can do so by visiting https://seatgeek.com/titans/settings to submit an additional payment at any time.
Q: Can I change my payment plan?
A: Yes, Season Ticket Members may switch their preferred payment plan throughout the year for any reason by providing a thirty (30) day written notice, though we cannot refund you for any previous payments made. Please note that any unpaid balance due on your season tickets will put you at risk of forfeiting your PSL.
Q: What happens if I do not select a payment plan for my season tickets?
A: All new Nissan Stadium PSL holders are required to select a payment plan by August 15, 2026. If a selection is not made, you are at risk of forfeiting your PSL.

Q: When my tickets auto-renew season-to-season, will I receive a notification before I am charged?
A: Yes, the Tennessee Titans will provide Season Ticket Members with email notification no less than 30 days prior to their designated first payment date.

The Tennessee Titans accept payments via credit card or ACH. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 3% credit card fee.
Q: What happens if my payment declines?
A: If your payment is declined, the Tennessee Titans Ticket Office will contact you to update your payment method or reattempt the scheduled payment. Multiple consecutive declined payments may place your PSLs at risk of cancellation.

Q: Will I incur a fee if I choose to use a credit card on my payment plan?
A: All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. If you prefer to avoid this fee, ACH payments are available to Season Ticket Members as a convenient no-cost alternative.
Q: Why is sales tax displayed on my season ticket invoice?
A: In previous years, sales tax was included in the price of all Titans ticket products. For all new Nissan Stadium purchases, sales tax will be displayed as a separate line item during the purchase process, providing greater transparency regarding the total cost of your tickets.
