1. LICENSEE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

(a) Automatic Renewal. By entering into this Agreement, Licensee hereby authorizes Tennessee Football, LLC (TFL) to charge Licensee's credit/debit card (or withdraw from Licensee's bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer, if so selected by Licensee) for Licensee's annual Tennessee Titans Season Tickets and Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions listed herein. Licensee understands that any subsequent installment charges will be made to Licensee's authorized card/account in association to the 2025 and 2026 football seasons in equal installments from October for September each year until Licensee's annual dues are paid in full. Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that Licensee's Tennessee Titans Season Tickets will automatically renew for the following year on a date to be determined by TFL, unless either Licensee or TFL provides written notice of cancellation prior to such date. *TFL or Team will provide reasonable advance written or electronic notice (no less than 30 days) of the date on which Licensee's credit/debit card will be charged (or funds withdrawn, if selected by Licensee) for Tennessee Titans season tickets for the first charge of the new football season. *Licensee may opt-out of automatic renewal of Tennessee Titans Season Tickets throughout the year for any reason by providing TFL thirty (30) days written notice by either (a) U.S. mail, certified return receipt requested addressed to Tennessee Titans, ATTN: Tennessee Titans Ticket Office, 460 Great Circle Rd, Nashville, TN 37228, or (b) via email to tickets@titans.nfl.com. Upon cancellation of participation in automatic renewal, Licensee shall not be entitled to any refund for installment payments made prior to such termination, and Licensee shall remain obligated to purchase Tennessee Titans Seasons Tickets in each year by the payment deadline imposed by the Team for such year in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement and will be eligible for price increases for the remaining seasons under the PSL agreement. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, unless otherwise cancelled, the foregoing payment authorization shall remain in effect for so long as this License Agreement remains in effect. Licensee understands that the Team reserves the right, upon written notification, to modify Licensee's payment plan, including pricing, for future seasons and/or terminate this License Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof.
