Biography

PRO: The Titans signed Trey Hill early in the 2026 offseason to provide depth and competition to the interior of the offensive front. The 6-foot-4-inch, 319-pounder was originally selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. The University of Georgia product spent the first four years of his career with the Bengals and appeared in 25 regular season games and seven postseason contests. The Warner Robins, Ga. native, has also spent time with the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:  
• In 2021, Hill played in 13 games with three starts as a rookie and appeared in all four postseason contests en route to an appearance in Super Bowl LVI.

TITANS TIDBITS:  
• Hill comes from a family full of successful football players. It began with his own father and continued with his brother Derrick, who won the 2004 Division II National Championship with Valdosta State.
• A multi-sport athlete in high school, Hill also competed in baseball, basketball and track and field.

• The Warner Robins, Ga., native was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round (190th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft.

2024 (1/0 - Cincinnati):  Spent the entire season on the Bengals' practice squad. Was elevated to the active roster via standard elevation twice and played in one game.

2023 (0/0 - Cincinnati):  Was on the Bengals' active roster, but was inactive for all 17 games.

2022 (11/0, 3/0 - Cincinnati):  Saw action as a reserve in the final 11 games of the season and all three postseason contests primarily on special teams.

2021 (13/3, 4/0 - Cincinnati): Played in 13 games with three starts as a rookie. Was inactive for four games. Appeared as a reserve in all four postseason contests. 
• At Pittsburgh (9/26), made his NFL debut.
• At Detroit (10/17), made his first career start at right guard and helped Joe Mixon compile 94 yards on 18 carries and protected Joe Burrow as he connected on 19 of 29 passes for 271 yards with three touchdowns.

COLLEGE: 
• In three seasons at Georgia (2018-20), Hill appeared in 36 games with 26 starts (22 at center and four at right guard).
• As a junior (2020), started eight games at center. Missed the final two games due to injury.
• As a sophomore (2019), started at center in all 14 games. Was the co-winner of the team's Offensive Most Improved Player Award. Named second team All-SEC by the Associated Press. Named to both the SEC Academic Honor Roll and the J. Reid Parker Director of Athletics Honor Roll for Fall 2019.
• As a freshman (2018), saw action in all 14 games and started the last four at right guard. Was one of four players to win Offensive Newcomer of the Year at the team's postseason awards gala.
• Graduated from Georgia in December 2020 with a degree in sports management.

PERSONAL:  
• Attended Houston County (Ga.) High School where he was a four-year letterwinner and played on both the offensive and defensive line.
• Earned Class 6A all-state first-team honors from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Georgia Sports Writers Association as a senior in 2017.
• Earned Associated Press Class 6A all-state second-team honors as a junior.
• Also played baseball and basketball and participated in track and field.
