Biography
PRO: The Titans signed Erick Hallett II off the Detroit Lions' practice squad with three games remaining in the 2025 regular season to add depth to the secondary. The 5-foot-11-inch, 200-pounder was originally selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL Draft. Â The Univeristy of Pittsburgh product spent his entire rookie campaign on the Jaguars' practice squad before becoming a member of the Detroit Lions' practice squad for the majority of the 2024-25 seasons. Â He appeared in three games with two starts for the Lions and amassed 18 tackles prior to joining the Titans.

• As a senior (2022), named second team All-ACC after starting all 13 games and accumulating 54 tackles, nine pass defensed, three tackles for loss, three interceptions, three fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.
• As a junior (2021), started all 14 games and recorded 70 tackles, nine pass defensed, three interceptions (including one returned for a touchdown), 2.5 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
• As a sophomore (2020), played in 10 games with four starts and posted 30 tackles, four pass defensed, two tackles for loss and two interceptions.
• As a redshirt freshman (2019), appeared in 12 games with one start and totaled 14 tackles and two passes defensed.
• As a true freshman (2018), redshirted.
• Earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy and political science and a second degree in media and professional communications from Pittsburgh.
PERSONAL: Â
• Attended Cy-Fair (Cypress, Texas) High School where he helped lead his team to a Class 6A championship with a 15-0 record.
• Named Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston and was a two-time first team All-District 17-6A recipient.
• As a senior (2017), totaled 38 tackles, six interceptions and eight passes defensed. Returned an interception (34 yards) and a fumble recovery (19 yards) for touchdowns. Also contributed as a return specialist, averaging 27.6 yards on kickoffs (five for 138) and 11.2 on punts (21 for 235).
• Amassed 10 total interceptions over his junior and senior seasons.
• Also was a track and field letterman.
