
T.J. Earley
College Scout
Biography
T.J. Earley has served in his role as College Scout since 2018. He first joined the Titans as Scouting Assistant in 2016 and was Scouting Coordinator for the 2017 season.
In his current position, Earley is responsible for scouting all prospects in the western region of the United States. His list of duties includes player evaluations, character evaluations, player interviews, communication with schools, relationship building with coaching staffs, reports and presentations to the Titans front office, and a substantial role in the undrafted free agent process.
Earley arrived in Tennessee following one season (2015) in the player personnel department at Fresno State University. His first stop in the NFL was during 2014, when he interned with the Seattle Seahawks in football operations and scouting. He also interned with the Golden State Warriors during the summer of 2013.
After graduating from high school in Syracuse, N.Y., Earley played quarterback for the football teams at Fork Union Military Academy, Central Connecticut State University and Central Washington University. He received his bachelor's degree in public relations from Central Washington in 2015.
He and his wife, Nicole, reside in Port Orchard, Wash., with their two sons: Micah and Shea.
