Biography
Matt Gregg is in his tenth season with the Titans. He held the title Associate Head Athletic Trainer for 6 seasons before being named the Director of Sports Medicine in 2025.
Prior to being hired full-time by the Titans, he held the position of Athletic Trainer with Saint Thomas Hospital where he assisted the Titans athletic training staff for two seasons.
Before coming to Nashville, Gregg worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While at LSU, he was the athletic trainer for the women's gymnastics team for two seasons. He also worked as a seasonal athletic training intern for the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2011 season.
A native of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Gregg earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Duquesne University, where he also competed as a NCAA Division I wrestler. Gregg also holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and is a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM, and Certified Active Release Technique provider.
He currently resides in Hendersonville with his wife, Callie, and three children Wyatt, Brooks, and Harper.
