Jack Turner joined the Titans personnel department in 2025 as a College Scout. In his role, he scouts the northeast area for NFS (National Football Scouting). His duties include player reports, evaluating talent, collecting player paperwork and measurements, and assisting with NFL Scouting Combine operations.

Prior to joining the Titans, Turner worked for a year as a Recruiting Analyst at the University of Michigan (May 2024 to May 2025). His experience also includes time as a Recruiting Intern at Wake Forest University (January 2023 to April 2024) and a training camp internship with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2021.

The Winston Salem, N.C., native attended Davidson College, where he graduated with a degree in economics in 2022. While he was a student at Davidson, he was employed as a Student Football Manager and then as Assistant Director of Football Operations.
