Haley Davidson serves as Chief of Staff for the Tennessee Titans. Davidson oversees many facets of the organization, driving alignment across various workstreams and leading the Strategic Operations, Communications, and ONE Community teams. She also plays a key role in the planning, vision, strategy, and development for the New Nissan Stadium.

Previously, Davidson spent more than a decade in strategic communications. Most recently, Davidson served as the Chief Operating Officer for Nashville-based consulting firm, Calvert Street Group, supporting many government affairs projects and large-scale development efforts throughout the city and state. Prior to her time at Calvert Street, she served as a communications aide for former U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper.

Haley serves on the board of the Nashville Downtown Partnership.
