
Dan Saganey
Vice President, Player Personnel
Biography
Dan Saganey joined the Tennessee Titans in 2025 as Vice President of Player Personnel, bringing more than 16 years of NFL front office experience. In his role, he works closely with President of Football Operations Chad Brinker and General Manager Mike Borgonzi to support roster construction, oversee college and pro scouting operations, and contribute to the team's long-term player personnel strategy.
Before arriving in Tennessee, Saganey spent 16 seasons with the Cleveland Browns, most recently serving as Director of Player Personnel (2020–24). Under the direction of the General Manager Andrew Berry, he collaborated in strategic football decisions and led the college and pro scouting departments. He previously served as Director of Pro Scouting (2016–19), Manager of Player Personnel (2014–15), Pro Scout (2011–13), and Player Personnel Assistant (2009–10).
Saganey began his career in college coaching, serving as tight ends and tackles coach at Bentley College in 2006 before spending two seasons at Harvard University (2007–08), where he worked with the defensive line and wide receivers and helped the Crimson capture consecutive Ivy League Championships.
A native of Norfolk, Massachusetts, Saganey graduated from Colby College, where he played four years on the offensive line and earned a degree in government. He remains active with the Colby football community as a board member of Friends of Colby Football, has served as a volunteer coach for youth football and volunteered in several community service programs throughout his time working in the NFL. He and his wife, Heidi, have a son and two daughters.
