Now entering his 10th season with the Titans in 2026, Casey Callahan brings eight years of college scouting experience to the organization, having also served in pro scouting and scouting assistant capacities throughout his tenure.

Casey's path to the NFL began at the University of Florida, where he worked as a recruiting specialist from 2014 to 2016 during a stretch that saw the Gators reach two SEC Championship games. There, he played a key role in managing the recruiting board, evaluating/grading high school prospects, and cultivating relationships with recruits and their families during on-campus visits.

Before that, Casey interned at Five Star Athlete Management, a prominent NFL agency later acquired by CAA. The experience gave him an early look at the player representation side of the business - working with contracts, building presentations to support negotiations, and assessing the potential of prospective clients.

A four-year member of the football team at Stony Brook University, Casey earned his degree in Business Marketing.

A native of Seffner, FL, Casey now lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife Amber and their two daughters, Caroline (born August 2024) and Eleanor (born April 2026).
