Rob Dadona arrived in Tennessee in 2026 with seven years of NFL experience.

He joined the Titans after spending the 2024 and 2025 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons as the manager of coaching operations.

From 2019 to 2023, Dadona was with the New York Jets – starting out as a football operations intern (2019-21) before becoming the assistant to the head coach (2022-23).

The Staten Island, N.Y., native was a 2018 graduate at Seton Hall University, where he was a standout infielder and outfielder on the baseball team. He was named the 2018 Seton Hall University Male Breakthrough Athlete of the Year.

Dadona earned his bachelor's degree from Seton Hall in business administration and management, as well as his master's of business administration in finance.
