John Rudnicki is in his first season with the Titans and his first season in the NFL. He joined the team in 2026 as offensive assistant after launching his career in the college coaching ranks.

From 2023 to 2025, Rudnicki was on the staff at the University of South Carolina, first assisting the offensive line in 2023 and 2024 and then transitioning to offensive assistant/running backs coach in 2025.

In 2022, Rudnicki was a graduate assistant at South Alabama, working with the offensive line.

The Buffalo, N.Y., native attended the University of Alabama, where he worked four years as an undergraduate student assistant coach, focusing on the offensive line. He received his degree in marketing from Alabama in 2021.
