Prior to the game, fans are encouraged to participate in the team's drive for Book'em, an organization that places reading volunteers in dozens of classrooms in Nashville's inner city and gives tens of thousands of books to underserved children through partnerships with 160 schools and community organizations. The majority of the books are donated.
Due to weather restrictions Bookem will not be collecting books at Saturdays game. In lieu of physical donations Bookem is encouraging fans to make financial donations here (One Time Donation - Book 'em (bookem-kids.org))
