Titans Sign a Pair of ERFAs – Guard Garrett Dellinger and DL C.J. Ravenell

Cushenberry played in 23 games for the Titans over the past two seasons, including 15 games in 2025.

The Titans added a pair of players on Tuesday, one on each side of the football.

Among the moves: Receiver Bryce Oliver and edge rusher Ali Gaye have been activated off Injured Reserve.

A sixth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, Harris played in 14 games for the Titans this season. Harris was credited with 25 tackles, two quarterback pressures, one tackle for a loss and five passes defensed.

Also on Saturday, the Titans announced defensive back Kemon Hall will be a gameday elevation for the practice squad for Sunday's game vs the Chiefs

This designation opens up a three-week window for all three players to practice with the team, and they will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

Dellinger, waived on Monday by Cleveland, initially entered the NFL as a seventh-round pick of the Ravens in the 2025 draft. 

Safeties Kevin Winston Jr., Xavier Woods and Mike Brown have been placed on season-ending Injured Reserve.

Elam, a first-round pick (23rd overall) of the Bills in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Florida, has played in 39 career games, with 19 starts while playing with the Bills and the Cowboys. He's been credited with 110 tackles and two interceptions.

Receiver Xavier Restrepo will be a gameday elevation for the Titans for Sunday's game. 

Also on Tuesday, the Titans signed re-signed receiver Lance McCutcheon to the team's practice squad, while adding one more receiver to the practice squad – Kristian Wilkerson.
