Titans Promote WR Mason Kinsey to 53-Man Roster

Also on Tuesday, the team waived tight end Thomas Odukoya.

Meanwhile, linebacker Curtis Jacobs and kicker Matthew Wright will be standard gameday elevations for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Last week, the team claimed Banks off waivers after he was waived by the Packers.

Additionally, receiver James Proche and defensive back Kendell Brooks will be gameday elevations for Sunday's game at the Arizona Cardinals.

Banks (6-7, 306) originally signed with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Rice on May 2, 2025 and he has spent the first part of the season on Green Bay's practice squad and active roster, playing in two games.

This designation opens up a three-week window for Spears to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

The Titans have also signed linebacker Curtis Jacobs to the team's practice squad.

As part of the move, the two teams will swap late-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Titans will get a sixth-round pick from the Jets, who will get Brownlee and a seventh-round pick from the Titans.
