NASHVILLE – The Titans promoted defensive lineman Cam Horsley from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster on Saturday.
The Titans released defensive lineman Shy Tuttle.
The Titans signed Horsley as a rookie free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-3-inch, 312-pound defensive tackle played in 59 career games with 47 starts during a five-year tenure (2020-24) at Boston College. He's spent the entire season on the team's practice squad.
Also on Saturday, the Titans announced defensive back Kemon Hall will be a gameday elevation for the practice squad for Sunday's game vs the Chiefs.
Kickoff for Sunday's game at Nissan Stadium is set for noon.
