NASHVILLE – The Titans have signed defensive back Derrick Canteen, defensive tackle Khalen Saunders and defensive tackle Laki Tasi.
The team has released safety Hudson Clark, defensive lineman David Ebuka Agoha and defensive lineman Cam Horsley.
Canteen, who played in college at Georgia Southern, Virginia Tech and Cincinnati, joined the 49ers as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft. He spent time on the team's practice squad last year and after signing a futures contract earlier this offseason, was with the team prior to being waived on July 31.
Saunders, a third-round pick of the Chiefs in the 2019 NFL Draft, has spent time with the Chiefs (2019-2022), Saints (2023-2024), Jaguars (2025) and Jets (2025). He's played in 77 career games, with 32 starts, and he's totaled 193 tackles, 7.5 sacks and eight tackles for a loss in his career.
Tasi has been added as an Exempt/International Player. Tasi, who was born in Samoa and grew up playing rugby in Australia, signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft. He spent time on the practice squad with the Raiders, and after signing futures contract back in January, he was waived on July 27.
The Titans return to the practice field on Monday at Vanderbilt Football Health Center.
