Titans Activate Safety Amani Hooker from PUP List

Johnson, a seventh-round pick of the Chiefs in the 2022 NFL Draft, spent the last four seasons in Kansas City.

The Titans have signed tackle Zachary Thomas and released lineman Ryan Hayes.

The Titans on Tuesday released defensive lineman C.J. Ravenell (waived/injured) and center Trey Hill.

Jackson was waived by the New York Giants on Thursday after signing a futures contract with the team earlier this offseason.

The Titans rookies will be on the field on Friday and Saturday in Nashville.

Also on Thursday, the Titans placed defensive end David Ebuka Agoha on the Exempt/International Player list, and he will not count against the team's 90-man roster as an international player.

Hooker, a third-round pick of the Detroit Lions in the 2023 NFL Draft, most recently spent time with the New York Jets.

The 6-foot-4, 225-pound Diabate has played in 46 games, with 18 starts, over the past three seasons and he's been credited with 127 tackles, and eight tackles for a loss.

Deculus, a sixth-round pick of the Houston Texans in the 2022 NFL Draft, has spent time with the Texans, Jets, Saints and Chargers in his career.

Chestnut played in all 17 games for the Titans in 2025, primarily on special teams.

The 5-foot-11, 203-pound Adams has played in 53 career games, with 36 starts, and he's tallied 232 tackles, four interceptions, 16 passes defensed and 11 tackles for a loss.
