(on his interception which led to game-tying touchdown)
I was covering the flat player and any outside routes. They threw the ball, and it got tipped. I just ran to the ball, made the play, and caught it. We play complementary football, so I knew that once I got that interception, our offense was going to feed off that energy, and they did. And scored. So, I thought it would help us out and help us win. We knew as a defense we had to create a turnover somehow. The defensive line was getting sacks, but we hadn't had a turnover yet, so that interception, that's what we needed as a team and it sparked us.
(on how tough this loss and the finality of the season being)
It's tough. It's a tough loss. We fought all year. Guys battled today. Guys fought on defense. Guys were just out there competing until the end of the game. Obviously, it's tough, but I'm proud of the guys we have and I'm happy to be part of this team. Everyone is down. Everyone is sad. No one wants to be in that position. We put ourselves in this position, so we when we came out here, we wanted to capitalize off of it. But they made more plays than us and we ended up losing.
(on reflecting on the season that the Titans had)
For me, we had a great season. Unfortunately, we came out with a loss, but overall guys were together, guys were playing together. Guys loved being around each other, and not just on the field, but in the facility, outside the locker room as well. I'm happy to be with these guys at the finish.
(on the defense getting after Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow)
Our D-line was getting back there. Every time I'm in coverage, I look up and he's running for his life. Compliments to our D-line for going crazy and we did out best to affect him.
(on what the future holds for the Titans and taking the next step)
I'm not really exactly sure yet. I'm still kind of worried about that loss and how great our season was. I'm pretty sure we'll figure it. (Coach) Vrabel should have a plan for everyone, and we'll have our exit meetings and see where we are.
