NASHVILLE, TN, Nov. 14, 2008 —Titans safety Chris Hope will host the 1st Annual "Night with the Secondary" to benefit shoe charity "Soles4Souls" on Thursday, Dec. 4 from 7-9 p.m. at Shogun Japanese Steakhouse in Brentwood, Tenn.

Join Hope and the entire Tennessee Titans secondary for an evening of fun, fabulous food and festivities, while raising money for a great cause. Hope, along with teammates Cortland Finnegan, Michael Griffin, Nick Harper and many more will "tackle" the task of cooking for fans, posing for photographs, signing autographs and generally yucking it up while guests bid on some unique and priceless silent auction items.

A national spokesperson for the non-profit, Hope donates his time to the charity by helping distribute shoes to those in need in the Nashville area. He also donates $100 for each tackle and uses his weekly, Monday night radio show on 106.7, The Fan, an ESPN affiliate, to promote the cause. He recently donated $8,000 for his success on the field for the 2007 season.

Shogun, one of Tennessee's largest Japanese Steakhouses, offers the thrill and tranquility of Japanese dining all under one roof. The hibachi tables seat 10 people each and the players will display their newly acquired training as an official hibachi Chef with performances of chopping and dicing. The 4-course hibachi dinner will include an appetizer, soup, salad and vegetables, along with steak, seafood and chicken.

Individual Tickets are $100 Or a group or company can purchase a table for 10 for $900. Space is very limited and the event is expected to sell-out.

Shogun Restaurant is located at 1638 Westgate Circle, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37207. Contact Team Strategies at 615-321-4073 or teamstrategies@comcast.net to purchase tickets. Fans wishing to support Hope and honor his dedication to the non-profit can help today by visiting the new Soles4Souls fundraising website, www.50000shoes.com.

The charity is challenging bloggers and social media users to raise funds for 50,000 pairs of new shoes in 50 days ending on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008. The monetary donation is small with $5 buying two pairs of new shoes.

Fans can click a button to have the shoes donated in honor of Hope or anyone of their choice. All donations are tax-deductible. After 50,000 pairs have been donated, one person (with a guest of their choosing) will be selected at random to deliver the shoes they purchased to someone in need on one of Soles4Souls' trips to Mexico. This is an opportunity to "Step Up" and help Soles4Souls with their mission of "Changing the World, One Pair at a Time" with "One Click at A Time." About Soles4Souls
