HEAD COACH JEFF FISHER**
(on how important it is for the Titans to not fall behind the Colts early)
It's important for us to get points early and keep the football. In the games where opponents have kept it close or been fortunate to win, it's been either win at the end or it has involved games where teams have got out early. So it's very important.
(on if he'd like to get Chris Simms or Rusty Smith some playing time against the Colts)
No, our plan is to go with Kerry (Collins), and stay with Kerry this week.
(on how much of a boost Joseph Addai provides the Colts now that he's back in the lineup)
He made some big plays for them last week. He didn't play a lot, (Donald) Brown rushed very well. They clearly have their run game going, so I think it really remains to be seen how much he'll play. At least he got back in the lineup so it looks the injury is behind him.
(on what it's like playing the role of spoiler)
We go in there trying to win the game, you're a spoiler if you win the game when the game's over. You don't talk about those things all during the week, you just prepare and go up there and do whatever is expected of you to try and win the game. Obviously, there is a lot being talked about their motivation versus ours, but the bottom line is at kickoff the teams just lineup and play.
(on if there is a noise difference between Lucas Oil Stadium and the old RCA Dome)
This one is equally if not louder. It is a different place. They have a great fan base and they understand the advantages of noise—especially when you have those two ends (Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis) coming off the corners.
