Coach Fisher's Friday Practice Report

**

HEAD COACH JEFF FISHER**

(on the team's injury status)

Yeah, I think everything came together for us this week.  We've got three players that will be out this game, Tony Brown, Ryan Mouton and Jamie Winborn.  Justin Gage will be questionable; anybody else who is on the report will be probable.

(on if he expects Vince Young to start on Sunday)

There is a good chance that Vince will start.

(on if Rennie Curran is ready to play if he is needed)

He's ready, yeah.  He played a lot of snaps during the preseason and if he's got to step in and play then he's prepared himself and he'll probably take over Jamie's (Winborn) special teams role

(on why they've decided to back down Tony Brown recently)

We've backed him down.  We've adjusted our treatment approach with him and we'll take advantage of the bye week and we're very, very confident that he'll be back and ready to go much further ahead than he was at any point this year.

(on Kenny Britt's status for Sunday's game after last week's incident)

Based on the information that I've been able to obtain, and again that is completely independent of the ongoing investigation, which is still ongoing and my understanding is it will continue to last into next week, I've decided because of his inappropriate behavior that I will handle things in house, and that will not include missing any playing time this week.  He's missed a quarter and several series already.  He will play but there will be some things that take place in house.

(on if Kenny Britt will potentially be fined)

I'm not going into what it is, I never do.

(on if it is accurate that Kenny Britt will not miss any more playing time as a result of the incident last week)

That is correct.

(on if he could reevaluate Kenny Britt's punishment if the police investigation leads to new information)

We have to wait now for the ongoing investigation.  I can't comment on it.

(on if the ongoing police investigation could lead to a possible suspension for Kenny Britt)

Not from my standpoint, no.  We'll wait on the results of the investigation and it will become a league issue.
