How do I qualify for the Tennessee Titans Regional Spelling Bee?
Due to the state of Tennessee being so widespread, we have divided the counties into eight zones. A school within one of those zones must first conduct a school spelling bee to determine a champion. Each school champion will then advance to the Tennessee Titans Online Qualifier Bee. A pre-determined number of champions from each zone will advance to the final in-person Tennessee Titans Regional Spelling Bee at Nissan Stadium.
Will the winner of the Tennessee Titans Regional Spelling Bee, advance to the Scripps National Spelling Bee?
Yes, the Tennessee Titans are proud to say the top two (2) spellers from the in-person final bee will advance. These two spellers will represent the Tennessee Titans at the Scripps National Spelling Bee's National Competition in May.
