With accessibility at the forefront, the stadium is being built with thoughtfully trained staff, sensory-friendly resources, and five dedicated sensory rooms created in partnership with KultureCity to support guests who may need a calmer environment. The New Nissan Stadium is being built with fan experience at the center of every detail. With 27 elevators and 44 escalators, movement throughout the building will be seamless, cutting down wait times so fans can get to their seats faster and catch every moment of the game. Thoughtful seating design means every fan will be around 38% closer to the action, with no bad seat in the house and plenty of ways to enjoy, from terraces to suites. It will also be the first NFL stadium with fully frictionless concessions, offering quick, one-stop access to upscale Nashville food and drinks no matter where you're seated.

New Nissan Stadium progress update! The first installation of the curtain wall glazing system is underway, which will cover 200,000 square feet with glass panels ranging from 10 to 20 feet wide. Built off-site and brought to the stadium for installation, over 1,200 panels are being set in place, ensuring the building is properly sealed, conditioned, and filled with natural sunlight while offering stunning views. This major milestone marks a key step in bringing the new stadium to life.

Construction continues on the new Nissan Stadium with major progress on the 200 level along the concourse. Crews are installing structural steel framing on top of the concrete structure, including over 25,000 individual pieces of steel that will help form the roof of the building, each precisely detailed and dimensioned using 3D BIM modeling. With seven cranes on site, teams are working around the clock to keep the project moving forward.

In this construction update, Project Executive Kellen Decoursey takes us behind the scenes of the new stadium's final build stages, focusing on the critical MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). These systems are essential for powering, ventilating, and supplying water throughout the stadium. Every element is carefully planned and placed using advanced 3D modeling to ensure precision before walls are closed and ceilings are installed, showcasing the high level of expertise and detail required to bring the stadium to life.

Construction of the new Nissan Stadium is making major progress. Here, you can see the layout for the seating bowl, which, as Kellen Decoursey explains, is formed and cast off-site in Georgia, then transported to Nashville and assembled piece by piece. When completed, there will be 2400 pieces, each one put into place by two cranes that work through the night.

Like the rest of this project, creating a logo has been a labor of love done with lots of collaboration. Spearheaded by Titans Design Director Christine Zambetti, this logo is meant to mimic the dynamic and elegant nature of the building that will be the focal point of the city. Ultimately, it highlights the perspective and view of the stadium that fans will first see as they approach it to enter the gates. The most important parts of the design process were celebrating our long-standing relationship with our partner, Nissan, as well as positively reflecting the community as a whole.
