Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility: The Find T-Rac Sweepstakes, presented by Icee ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Tennessee Football, LLC d/b/a Tennessee Titans and Cumberland Stadium, LLC d/b/a Nissan Stadium (collectively, "Sponsor"), The Icee Company ("Presenting Sponsor"), the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives, and employees), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any app store or platform through which the Titans + Nissan Stadium App is made available.

How to Participate: The Sweepstakes begins on August 7, 2026, at 7:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 14, 2026, at 11:59 AM CT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's system is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

To participate, an individual ("Entrant") must be logged into the Titans + Nissan Stadium App using a valid, registered account during the Sweepstakes Period. Five (5) illustrations of T-Rac are hidden within the Titans + Nissan Stadium App experiences during the Sweepstakes Period. An Entrant who locates and taps on all five (5) hidden T-Rac illustrations during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each, an "Entry"). Logging into and using the App constitutes an Entrant's unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/account for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of times an Entrant locates and taps on the five (5) T-Rac illustrations. Any attempt to obtain additional Entries by using multiple accounts, devices, identities, or any automated, robotic, or similar means is prohibited, and any such Entries will be void.

Choosing Winner: There will be one (1) Prize winner selected from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Following the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all Entrants who completed the Entry requirement described above. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email, using the contact information associated with the Entrant's App account on August 17, 2026. The potential winner is subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the Prize for any reason, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate winner selected in a subsequent random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor will provide the Prize to the winner, or a voucher or other document giving the winner the unconditional right to receive the Prize, within thirty (30) days of notifying the winner. The winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release within a reasonable time period set by Sponsor.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

One (1) Prize: One (1) Cam Ward jersey. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $150.00.

All details, including the exact nature of the Prize, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: $150.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of the Prize (or any portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

Presenting Sponsor: The Icee Company ("Presenting Sponsor") is the presenting sponsor of this Sweepstakes, and its name, trademarks, and logo are used with permission. Presenting Sponsor is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, or compliance with these Official Rules; all such responsibility rests solely with Sponsor. The Prize is provided solely by Sponsor and is not sponsored, provided, or guaranteed by Presenting Sponsor.

Restrictions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, was obtained through fraudulent, automated, or other means not in compliance with these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, or misdirected Entries; failures or malfunctions of the App, phones, networks, servers, or other communications; interrupted or unavailable network, server, App, or other connections; miscommunications, failed hardware or software, or other technical failures; or any other error or problem of any kind, whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic, or otherwise, relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries.

Personal Data and Privacy Policy: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants consent to the handling of their information as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policies, available at: https://www.tennesseetitans.com/about-us/privacy-policy  and https://nissanstadium.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor will use the account information (which may include name, email address, and/or phone number) already associated with the Entrant's Titans and  Nissan Stadium App account to administer the Sweepstakes and notify the winner.

Because this Sweepstakes has a Presenting Sponsor, Entrants' information may also be shared with and handled by Presenting Sponsor in accordance with the privacy policy of The Icee Company's parent company, J&J Snack Foods Corp., available at: https://www.jjsnack.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Privacy-Policy-2025.pdf.

Miscellaneous: Sponsor will issue a 1099-MISC for the Prize, to the extent required by applicable law. Each Entrant is responsible for payment of all local, state, and federal taxes resulting from the income attributable to the receipt of any Prize and should consult his or her own legal and tax advisors regarding the tax effects of the Prize.

By participating, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (2) that Released Parties shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and/or other purposes in any media now or hereafter known, without further compensation, permission, or notification, except where prohibited by law; and (3) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrants for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to participants or any other person or entity, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to Entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect Entries or to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other cause corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension, or termination, to select the winner from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such action.

Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASHVILLE DIVISION, AND SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any cause of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Participant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
