The Titans have agreed to terms with former 49ers linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair. Al-Shaair was signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2019, when current Titans general manager Ran Carthon served as director of pro personnel in San Francisco. In four seasons with the 49ers, Al-Shaair (6-2, 228) played in 56 career games, making 31 starts. He's been credited with 199 tackles and two sacks in his career, with six passes defensed, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.

Gifford, an inside linebacker, led the Cowboys in special teams tackles in 2022, when he played in 16 games and tallied 17 tackles. He's played 368 special teams snaps over the past two seasons, but he played sparingly in the defense. He'll compete for additional playing time in Tennessee.

Dillard, selected with the 22nd overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, joins an offensive line in Tennessee that's currently under construction. Dillard (6-5, 315) has played in 43 games over four seasons with the Eagles, with nine starts. Dillard started four games in 2019 and five games in 2021, but he was sidelined for all of the 2020 season because of a biceps tear.
