NASHVILLE -- The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday at Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders.

Here's a look at three quick hits from Wednesday:

New DB Tramaine Brock Practices

New Titans cornerback Tramaine Brock practiced with his new team for the first time.

On Tuesday, the Titans claimed the former Cardinals defensive back off waivers after he was released on Monday.

"I feel like I can be ready to go on Sunday," Brock said. "I've played in a lot of different defenses, so I should be ready. … The best part, coming from the Cardinals – they are (3-8-1) and not in the playoffs. Coming to a team (in the playoff hunt), it is exciting to go out there and make some plays."

A 10-year veteran, the 6-foot, 188-pound Brock recorded 37 tackles and three passes defensed in 10 games, with seven starts, with the Cardinals this season. He played for the Broncos in 2018 and the Vikings in 2017 after playing from 2010-2016 with the San Francisco 49ers. He started 31 of 32 games in 2015 and 2016 with the 49ers.

Brock has 113 games of NFL experience over the 10 NFL seasons. During his NFL career, he has registered 11 interceptions, 53 passes defensed and 246 tackles.

Brock had several boxes in front of his locker on Wednesday that had been shipped to Nashville after his team, and address, change.

"It is a new journey – I have never been in this position," Brock said. "I was on a plane yesterday afternoon. As soon as I got the call I had to pack up and get ready for the flight. But it is all football. I just have to get to the plays after the meetings and after practices and get up to speed for Sunday. I feel like I fit right in with the man-to-man part (of the defense). They have a lot of talented guys here at the safety and corner position."

What's Up With Adoree'?

Brock was claimed because of injuries in the secondary.

First, cornerback Malcolm Butler was placed on Injured Reserve last month because of a wrist injury he suffered against the Panthers.

LeShaun Sims didn't play in the team's game on Sunday against the Colts because of an ankle injury he suffered against the Jaguars, and Adoree' Jackson left the game in Indianapolis early and did not return.

Sims and Jackson sat out of practice on Wednesday.

Jackson was listed on the Injury Report with a foot injury

"I am alive, man," Jackson said. "I wake up every day thankful that I am alive and blessed. Regardless of what is going on in my life, it doesn't last. I am waiting and taking it day by day and thankful to be alive.

"I am just trying to get a lot of treatment, as much as possible, and I am going to do whatever I can."

Injury Report

In addition to Jackson and Sims, running back Derrick Henry (hamstring), receiver Corey Davis (not injury related), receiver Adam Humphries (ankle) and linebacker Daren Bates (shoulder) did not practice on Wednesday.

Center Ben Jones (thumb) was limited in today's session, while receiver Tajae Sharpe (hamstring) was listed as a full participant.
