The feisty cornerback hopes the team will lean on him like they did last year, when he played 17 games, starting 14, during his rookie season while playing in first-year coordinator Dennard Wilson's defense.

Kiper, in his hour-long, pre-draft conference call, also spoke up for Titans quarterback Will Levis for the second time this offseason while also presenting options for the Titans with their second-round pick (35th overall).

Diggs and Ward both grew up in Texas, and they remain close. Diggs was at Miami's Pro Day, supporting him. He said his cousin has asked him a lot about the Titans, where he played in 2024 before suffering a season-ending injury.
