NASHVILLE – The Titans have signed receiver Matt Landers.
The Titans have waived receiver Colton Dowell.
Landers, who finished his college career at Arkansas, has spent time on offseason rosters and practice squads with the Seahawks, Panthers, Browns and Patriots in the NFL while also spending time with the Arlington Renegades and San Antonio Brahmas of the XFL.
As a senior at Arkansas, Landers caught 47 passes for 901 yards and eight touchdowns.
Dowell, a seventh-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, is a local product from Lebanon, Tenn., who played at Wilson Central High and then Tennessee-Martin. Dowell suffered a torn ACL in the team's Week 17 game at Houston in 2023, which caused him to miss last season.
The Titans are scheduled for a walk-through today at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Par before an open practice at Nissan Stadium on Saturday.
