NASHVILLE – The Titans on Monday signed defensive back Kenneth George, who took part in the team's rookie minicamp over the weekend on a tryout basis, to the team's active roster.

Also on Monday, the team moved defensive back Jamal Carter to Injured Reserve.

George recorded 52 total tackles and one interception in four years at Tennessee after previously spending two years Trinity Valley Community College.

The 5-foot-11, 194-pounder ran the 40-yard dash in 4.56 seconds while posting 16 reps on the bench press and a 34.5 inch vertical during Tennessee's Pro Day back in March.

George joins another former Vol – defensive back Theo Jackson – on the team's roster. The Titans selected Jackson in the sixth round of the NFL Draft.
