Titans Sign DE Tanoh Kpassagnon and LB Milo Eifler, While Releasing TE Matt Lauter and Placing DB Nazeeh Johnson on Reserve/Injured

NASHVILLE – The Titans made a few roster moves before Friday's practice with the Seahawks.

The team has signed defensive end Tanoh Kpassagnon and linebacker Milo Eifler.

The team has released tight end Matt Lauter and placed defensive back Nazeeh Johnson on Reserve/Injured.

Kpassagnon, who played at Villanova, was a second-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2017 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-7 Kpassagnon has spent time with the Chiefs (2017-2020), Saints (2021-2024), Bears (2025) and Colts (2025) in his NFL career, and he's played in 108 games, with 34 starts. In his career, he's tallied 146 tackles, 17.5 sacks, 44 quarterback hits and 23 tackles for a loss. Back in June, Kpassagnon took part in an offseason tryout with the Titans.

Eifler, who played at Washington, signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent after the 2021 NFL Draft. He's spent time with the Jets (2021), Dolphins (2021), Commanders (2021-2022), Falcons (2023-2024), Cardinals (2024) and 49ers (2026) in his career, on active rosters and practice squads. He's played in 17 career games.

The Titans practice with the Seahawks later this morning in Nashville.
