NASHVILLE, Tenn. —The Tennessee Titans on Wednesday announced they have agreed to terms with FB Quinn Johnson on a multi-year contract.

Johnson played in 16 games for the Titans last season and was the lead blocker for RB Chris Johnson.

Quinn Johnson has played in 40 games during his four-year NFL career with Green Bay, Denver and Tennessee. Last year he recorded four carries for five yards and five receptions for 40 yards.

Johnson contributed on kick coverage and return teams for the Titans, recording two special teams tackles.

Johnson started his career with the Green Bay Packers, where he was drafted in the fifth round (145th overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft from LSU.

The Titans traded for Johnson on Sept. 3, 2011 and released him the following month after Johnson played four games with Tennessee. He was claimed by Denver shortly thereafter.

The Broncos released Johnson Dec. 17, 2011, and the Titans claimed him off waivers two days later.
