JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Titans quarterback Cam Ward suffered a right shoulder injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Ward was injured when diving into the end zone on a seven-yard touchdown run.

Ward was immediately greeted by trainers on the team's bench, before heading into the medical tent. From there, Ward headed into the Titans locker room.

Initially, an announcement was made in the press box that Ward would be questionable to return.

Later, Ward was officially ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Brandon Allen replaced Ward, who had played in every snap for the Titans this season.

Ward watched the second half on the sideline, in a jacket, with a sling on his right shoulder.
