NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Titans on Saturday promoted receiver Rico Richardson from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
The team waived tight end Chase Coffman to make room.
On Friday, coach Ken Whisenhunt announced veteran Harry Douglas as out for Sunday's game against the Falcons with sore ribs. The addition Richardson gives the team four healthy receivers. He joins Kendall Wright, Justin Hunter and Dorial Green-Beckham on the active roster.
Coffman was inactive for four of the team's first five games.
He had four catches for 42 yards against the Browns in Week 2.
