NASHVILLE — The Titans have promoted running back Jeremy McNichols from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster.

Meanwhile, the team placed running back Senorise Perry on Injured Reserve.

McNichols has played in each of the team's first two games after being one of the team's extra game day players, but after those promotions he reverted back to the team's practice squad following the game. This time, he begins the practice week on the 53.

McNichols, who played collegiately at Boise State, has carried the ball two times for seven yards this season. Perry carried the ball two times for nine yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars.

Behind starter Derrick Henry, the Titans also have running back Darrynton Evans and McNichols on the roster, along with running back/fullback Khari Blasingame.

The Titans face the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday in Minneapolis.
