NASHVILLE – The Titans have informed guard Josh Kline that he will be released by the team later today.

Kline joined the Titans in 2016, and he's started 46 games over the past three seasons. Kline started all 16 games for the Titans at right guard last season.

Prior to joining the Titans, Kline spent three seasons with the New England Patriots. The Titans claimed him off waivers in September 2016.

On Thursday, the Titans signed former Rams guard Rodger Saffold to a multi-year contract.

In addition to Saffold, the Titans also have interior linemen Ben Jones, Corey Levin, Aaron Stinnie, Hroniss Grasu, and Jamil Douglas under contract for 2019, in addition Kevin Pamphile, who has played both guard and tackle in his career.

Other options are available in free agency and the NFL Draft.
