"When we left Kansas City, we couldn't help but reflect on the major benchmark that was accomplished with the 400th win for the franchise on Sunday.  With the Chiefs playing the Titans, it brought back memories of Lamar Hunt and our father, Bud Adams, founding the AFL together in 1959.  We started out as young girls supporting pro football and are now starting our 55th season of involvement with the team.  Sunday was a great day with the first victory of the season and the first for Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt with the Titans.  We are proud of our father's accomplishments in  pro football through the years and are extremely honored to carry the torch forward with 400 wins and counting.  We also are very proud to be a part of the Tennessee Titans and are very thankful and appreciative of our great fans and their support throughout the years."
