Titans Owner Reflects on Early Days of American Football League

NASHVILLE, Tenn. --** As the Tennessee Titans prepare for their 50th season, team owner K.S. "Bud" Adams, Jr. addressed reporters on a national conference call on Friday, July 31, 2009 about his involvement in co-founding the American Football League. He discussed the Houston Oilers' early days in the AFL, the league's merger with the NFL and how far professional football has come over the last 50 years of his franchise ownership.
