NASHVILLE, TN – The Tennessee Titans distributed over $100,000 in grants to 33 different youth football organizations across Tennessee. Grants were awarded based on merit, need and the organization's commitment to coaching education and best practices. The organizations were celebrated during a ceremony at Nissan Stadium on May 14, 2025.
The celebration included a grant presentation to every program in attendance, a stadium tour and a visit to the Titans locker room where the programs were surprised with a custom locker name plate.
"We proudly recognize the outstanding work being done in our community by football organizations at all levels including youth, middle school, high school, community-based nonprofits, NFL flag programs and girls flag football initiatives," Titans Vice President of Cause Marketing Josh Corey said. "This moment is for the young players and participants, these grants are more than funding. They are a reflection of our belief in your potential. The Tennessee Titans are committed to creating opportunities for every player to grow, compete and succeed in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment."
The grants ranged from $1,500-$5,000 and will be used for coaching certificates, new equipment, start-up funding, uniforms, player scholarships and other resources aimed at fostering strong programs. The grants were provided by the Tennessee Titans Foundation with support from USA Football.
Over the past year, the Titans spent over 5,800 minutes supporting and advancing the game of football in the state of Tennessee. Fifty-one players and alumni appeared at different youth football development events to work directly with the athletes. Also, the Titans donated over 4,000 tickets to youth and high school football programs. Overall, approximately 18,000 individuals in the state of Tennessee have been impacted through the Titans football development efforts.
