The Titans added depth at defensive line by drafting Southern Cal DT Jurrell Casey.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. —** The Tennessee Titans continued to focus on defense on the second day of the NFL draft, taking Southern Cal defensive tackle Jurrell Casey.

The 6-foot-1, 305-pound tackle is the third Pac-10 player taken in the draft and the second from a Los Angeles area school.

The Titans started Friday by taking former UCLA linebacker Akeem Ayers in the second round with the 39th overall pick. They also introduced former Washington quarterback Jake Locker, taken Thursday with the No. 8 overall pick.

Casey is the big body in the middle the Titans have been looking for to bulk up their run defense. The junior finished his career with 138 tackles, including 22 for loss and nine sacks.
